PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

We offer shipping to over 200 countries worldwide.

Domestic (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

International:

  • International Standard: 10-21 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Monthly subscription orders ship automatically each month. Subscribers receive free standard shipping on all subscription deliveries.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital editions are delivered instantly via email upon purchase confirmation. No shipping applies to digital-only orders.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your magazine arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at capturedbyabbey@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are collected upon delivery.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
