SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Thank you for subscribing to ABLAZE MAGAZINE. This policy outlines the terms of your monthly subscription.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

When you purchase a Monthly Subscription (PRINT & DIGITAL), you agree to automatic recurring billing on a monthly basis. Your subscription includes both the print edition shipped to your address and instant digital access to each issue.

BILLING & RENEWALS

Your subscription automatically renews on the same day each month as your original purchase date
Your payment method on file will be charged automatically before each renewal
You will receive an email confirmation after each successful billing
If your payment fails, we will attempt to process it up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription will be paused until payment is updated

PRICE CHANGES

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice via email. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period. You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the new rate.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Logging into your account and managing your subscription settings
Emailing us at capturedbyabbey@gmail.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to both print and digital content through the end of your paid subscription period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

REFUND POLICY

Subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles, but we do not offer refunds for the current billing period already paid.

MODIFICATIONS

You may update your shipping address or payment method at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at capturedbyabbey@gmail.com. Address changes must be submitted at least 5 business days before your next issue ships.

We do not currently offer subscription pausing or skipping. If you need to pause your subscription, you may cancel and resubscribe when ready.

DELIVERY

Print editions ship monthly according to our publishing schedule. Digital editions are delivered via email on the same day each issue is published. Shipping delays due to carrier issues or incorrect addresses do not extend your subscription period or qualify for refunds.
